Moscato Italian Restaurant in Camp Verde

Kaylee was outstanding in her presentation of the specials. She made us feel very welcome. The experience is consistent each time.

Awesome dinner, great wine list, our waiter was fabulous. We ordered too much, try the charcuterie board. The pasta was delicious.

Great decor and fantastic food. Our server went out of his way to let us know all about the menu and things that we may be interested in. We will be back.

Bruchetta trio was excellent. Goat cheese and grapes, cherry tomatoes and vinaigrette, grilled sqaush and cheese with balsamic vinegar reduction yum. Seafood medley (clam, mussels, and shrimp). Dish had plenty of herbs, butter, wine and cream with hint of spice, delicious!!! Finished with hazel nut cake with hazel nut cream and hazel nut gelato and egg white cookie. (Awesome)D

I am a restaurant owner. Been at work and home for 3 months. Ventured out to Moscato's for a friends birthday. Great waiter, everyone at our table loved their food. Thank you for what I know to be hard work. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Great food, amazing staff. Absolutely loved this place.

Friendly service, a little slow but that was ok because of the company. Our 18 year anniversary and they treated us right. Only place I've ever been able to eat the calamari, dinner was great.

From the authenticity of the food, to the pleasant staff, everything, every time is great. Just be sure to call ahead for the tiramisu though, they run out quick and it's worth every bite!

A wonderful Italian menu - don't miss the sausage. Reservations are recommended. The service was quick and friendly. The 2 owner/chefs cook all the food - it's a blessing because the food is delicious - it's a curse because it takes quite a while to prepare. We drove the 1 hour from Prescott for this wonderful meal - it was worth every mile.

Amazing Italian food in the most unlikely of places. Fresh pasta and home made Italian sausage. It's incredibly memorable. I will definitely make the trip again just for this.

Delicious food...great friendly and accommodating but very slow service ...paul took great care of us and his recommendations were spot on....i will go back as often as I can...truly a diamond in a small town....outdoor patio very comfortable...originally was to be take out turned into dine in...truly a very nice place...

Food is incredible! Pasta and bread is made fresh from scratch daily and you can tell, it's just amazing. Our server, Pablo, really sent our meal over the top. He was so friendly and attentive the entire time and made great recommendations for food. Will definitely be adding this to our list of favorites!

Amazing fine dining but affordable resturant, the ambience and food are top class. Do stop here on your way to Sedona or flagstaff, you won’t be disappointed. Their tiramisu is to die for.

The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was perfect, with nice background music, but amazingly quiet for a busy restaurant. Our server Paul really added to the evening. He is personable, listens well, and is very knowledgeable about the restaurant and food. It turned out to be a very special birthday celebration. Fantastic hazelnut gelato, too!

I enjoyed this hidden gem, would highly recommend for a nice lunch or dinner experience. Duke and I had a lovely lunch. It's always about the food and Moscato will bring me back again and again.

What a pleasant surprise. Who would have believed that such a great place could be found in an unexpected location. The food was amazing. I don't drink but they had a great selection of wines. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Tasty food without going overboard. Nice setting inside or outside. My dad and I have eaten there on my birthday the last two years why'll passing through on our way to Palm springs. And we plan on stopping next year. October 10 you can by me a coffee I'll be the good looking guy

Went tonight for dinner and the waiter kept putting us off .....three times over a 15 minute period..... I couldn't even order a glass of wine..... we finally walked out and went to the wonderful Storytellers restaurant inside of a Cliff Castle Casino highly recommend!

We arrived at 2 on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Their house made lemoncello was a surprising and delicious addition to the margaritas, and the warm foccacia was a nice starter.We enjoyed the parsnip and carrot fries, as well as the spinach salads before our entrees arrived. Every item we sampled was delicious. I highly recommend eating on the patio, weather permitting.

A pleasant surprise, upper scale interior, and excellent food and service. The lunch menu is limited, compared to the dinner menu as to options on appetizers. Excellent staff await to serve you. Food is first class. This is not an economy restaurant. It is an upscale small restaurant in the small community of Camp Verde. We had lunch there on Thursday, and so impressed, we made dinner reservations for the following day.

Staff was friendly and the food was amazing......we traveled 90 minutes to dine there and it was worth the trip......we will be back again for sure.

We are very fortunate to have some really great restaurants in the Verde Valley . This is one of them! Fantastic real Italian food!

This place is incredible, freshly made pasta and focaccia, one of the best meals we've had in Arizona. Both of us said "oh my god" out loud when we tasted our dishes, highly recommend great food, service, wine, and atmosphere. CHA CHING

Extraordinary food, finally true Italian food in the wild Wild West! Service is understated but fully present, atmosphere is gentile and peaceful even when really busy, and the Chef & his staff being detail-oriented deliver excellence with every morsel! Once you've been, you have to go back for more! Almost addicting in a really good way!

Moscato in Camp Verde, AZ is the best Italian restaurant I've eaten in! And I live in Phoenix and have traveled extensively! 💎 A true hidden gem! 💎 The restaurant is beautiful, it is set in a historic building over 100 years old, it is beautifully appointed, and the service is excellent. We spent a very comfortable two hours there, savoring each course as it came, and happy to have found such a lovely respite. Moscato is not to be missed!

Food was very good and service was welcoming and attentive. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 just a little pricey and some of the plates were awkward to eat out of.

4 adults with 4 kids on a saturday afternoon waited over 10 minutes to be seated, but was never even acknowledged being there and we were seen by the staff inside and out. So we left

One of my favorite restaurants. One of my few go-to places in Verde Valley, AZ. Very good wine list. Wish they were in Sedona , where I live.

I can not recommend this place enough! The food is fresh, Chef has a garden and grows much of his vegetables, and herbs. The ambiance is warm, the staff is friendly. The owner and chef is truly a great guy with a great sense of humor. If you get the chance to visit, try it. Authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Yes, they have an excellent wine list as well!

Visited this Restaurant by accident because our favorite was closed. Best surprise we had, authentic Italian mama’s recipes. Best service and full of kindness. We need to come back and try the rest of the menu. Not to mention desert and coffee. Grazie

Wonderful place to eat in Camp Verde. If you make reservations ask for second dining area. I had a soup of Beef and Farro and vegan salad. Really good. Dessert was not on menu, it was recommended, Lemon cake. My friends had the Italian sausage boards, they loved it. Our server was Angela. Very sweet and heartwarming gal. She knows everything on menu. A delight.

I have to say Moscato's surprised me with excellent customer service and superb food. My friend and I enjoyed lunch with a glass of sparkling wine and tomato soup that was outstanding. We are locals and so glad she found Moscato's, I am now referring hotel guests in Sedona to take the drive and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food.

Expensive. $10 for a glass of wine. Really good meals, but there was a mess up on our bill and thought it could have been handled better

I give 3.5 stars but it wont let me actually put that so yeah. The pasta is good they make it and the bruschetta is bomb. However my dish had a weird sauce and it didnt describe it well in the menu otherwise I wouldnt have gotten it. It was described as cream sauce but definitely was more of a white truffle sauce and not creamy. Also the chicken was VERY bland and flavorless they poach it rather than grill and thats not for me. And I'm glad I didnt order whatever my hubby got because I tried a note to see if I would rather eat his dish and switch but was definitely not good. And the wait staff seemed friendly but 1 in particular had cursed out loud in spanish to the table next to us and I was just astonished that he would do that while we were sitting across with only a table in between us. He was the flamboyant one wearing a grey vest but all others were very great and friendly.
